Building Transformational Confianza: Transforming Educational Pathways for Latina/o/x Student Populations

Abstract

This paper reimagines solutions that reframe and maintain critical consciousness of Latina/o/x students in P20 education through trust-centered initiatives that yield meaningful college access outcomes for Latina/o/x student populations. Specifically, we present the model of Transformational Confianza - an outcome of culturally responsive frameworks and human-centered pedagogies.
