Internationalization Networks in Public University English Language Programs

Abstract

Using qualitative network analysis, the author explored how internationalization is formed and operationalized in public university English language programs. Actor-Network-Theory (Latour, 2005) was deployed to draw from human and non-human actors who created local and relational expressions of international, intercultural and global elements in their own post-secondary contexts and beyond.
