Reimagining “Free College”: Strategies for Implementing College Promise Programs

Abstract

A diverse array of College Promise programs now operate in states, cities, and counties throughout the U.S. While most extant research examines Promise program design, this interactive symposium will focus on the implementation of Promise programs in Seattle and Oregon, drawing on the perspectives of policymakers, institutional leaders, and researchers.
