This paper explains the war language of zonal analysis laid out by Kwame Nkrumah in his Handbook of Revolutionary Warfare. After offering a description of the Pan-African intelligentsia, an adaptation of the zonal analysis is recommended for scholars, students, and sundry professionals that seek to establish a 21st century version of Pan-Africanism. An institutional model is offered for the latter.
