The neuroscience of effective classroom teaching

Mon, April 15, 8:00 to 9:30am, Hyatt Regency, Floor: Bay (Level 1), Bayview B

Proposal

Many challenges arise concerning effective teaching, including definitions, perspectives, characterizations, theorizations etc. It is certainly not enough to focus "effective teaching" on features of effective teaching styles and classroom organization and management that lead to better student outcomes and to fulfil the goal of the instruction. My presentation will focus on the neuroscience phenomenon and neural mechanisms of the effective teaching.
