Research Trends in Preschool Educational Administration Basing on Scival

Proposal

In many countries, preschool education can not meet the needs of the society, which is not only conducive to the healthy growth of children, but also to the fair and sustainable development of society. It calls for a long way for the government to develop the education. In other words, how to improve the quality of preschool education and strengthen the administration of preschool education has become an important issue for us. Educational administration is such a continuous process aimed at achieving an effective solution to educational problems (Qin, 2017).
Therefore, some scholars have carried out some research on preschool educational administration, which is the process of policy decision, organizational implementation, inspection, adjustment, summary and evaluation to achieve the expected purpose according to specific educational and administrational concepts. Within the operation of preschool education, all the elements above of this process are carried on synthetically (Zhao, 2014). In order to carry on the administrative reform and the quality optimization to the preschool education more scientifically. It is very necessary to give a comprehensive overview about the existing research foundation in time. Furthermore, it is of great significance for the theoretical construction and practice of this research area.

Scientific paper is the main representation and format of scientific research achievements. Bibliometrics theory holds that scientific paper and scientific knowledge have a synchronous growth trend, and its growth law are also similar (Qiu, 2000) . The changes in the quantity and structure of scientific paper and the laws of mutual reference reflect the development characteristics of the corresponding research areas. Therefore, the history and trend of the development of specific researches can be reflected and predicted by the method of literature measurement, and the existing papers can be sort out in this way.
At this level, the quantity and quality of high-level papers published in the area of preschool educational administration is an important index to measure the level of scientific researches in this area. In order to quantitatively analyze the present situation of international preschool educational administration research, this paper adopts the data of Scopus, and selects the papers published in 2013-2017. In order to explore the development trend of international preschool educational administration and provide the basis for future related researches, the global high cited TOP10% and other indexes are analyzed basing on Scival.
Since this area is a relatively rare research area, these papers usually appear in journals in the area of preschool education or in the area of educational administration. In addition, the educational discipline is subordinate to the social sciences both in the subject classification system of ASJC and QS. ("early childhood" OR preschool) AND (administration OR management OR leadership) as the key word, "social sciences" as the search subject, the operational topic and research area of this study was established.

By searching on Scival, besides the overall analysis of the scholarly output, benchmarking and collaboration are also the main research topics.
The quality of papers is the key factor of the impact of papers. High-quality academic papers will get more citations and greater impact. The impact of papers also reflects the quality, level and international status of scientific research of a country or an institution. According to the metrology theory and method, the quality and level of papers can be examined in terms of their citations and the journals they published (He, 2011) . The indexes on Scival, such as the number of citations, the number of citations per article and the global high citation TOP10%, can help us to understand the quantity and quality of citations.
The impact of benchmarking scholars on academic circles is reflected in the scholarly output. The strength and impact of academic leaders or benchmarking scholars are the key factors for an institution to have high prestige and impact both internationally and domestically (Wen & Yu, 2006) . At the same time, the gathering place of benchmarking scholars, also leads a trend of becoming a first-class university or institution. And benchmarking scholars will generate a high level of academic community, which will affect a high level of academic ecology of this research area in a country & region.
Some scholars (Qiu et. al, 2011) believe that there is a significant positive correlation between the degree of collaboration of the author and the academic impact of scholarly output, meanwhile, the degree of collaboration has no significant effect on the quantity of scholarly output. This is a complex subject, and is remain to be discussed.
Therefore, it will be helpful to probe into the trend of preschool education administrative research if we analyze the current situation of benchmarking journals, countries & regions, institutions, scholars and cooperation of their research. In addition, the analysis of key phrases and even analyze individual research cases also help to it.

Based on the three themes, the research was developed as follows:
1. Overview about the scholarly output of preschool educational administration
2. An Analysis of the impact of preschool educational administration papers, including:
1) Analysis on citation Index of preschool educational administration papers
2) The key role of benchmarking countries & regions, institutions and scholars in enhancing the impact of papers
3) An analysis of the number of papers published in the top journals of this discipline
4) A Comparative analysis of the current situation of international collaboration in preschool educational administration
3. An analysis of the current key phrases of the output of preschool educational administration
