Use of WASH in Schools data at national, subnational and school level in the Philippines

Proposal

In the Philippines, a voluntary school WASH recognition and incentive system, called the Three Star Approach, is providing schools with a color-coded picture on their WASH status and the areas where they have made progress and areas where they still need to improve. This presentation will elaborate on:
a) the data collection methodology utilized
b) what indicators and aspects are most challenging to report on; and
c) the progress made on WASH in Schools since the three star approach.
