PLENARY PANEL:
In recognition of the progress and challenges in the quarter century since the Salamanca Statement and Framework for Action was launched, this panel includes researchers, practitioners, and advocates for a discussion about addressing the barriers that still stand between many learners and the achievement of SDG 4: inclusive and equitable quality education and lifelong learning opportunities for all.
