Description of Session

PLENARY SESSION: In this panel, three senior UNESCO staff will speak to the critically important work of UNESCO at the global, regional and local levels. They will discuss how UNESCO is upholding human rights and contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals defined in Agenda 2030. Additionally, they will speak to how UNESCO is performing in a world in which multilateralism is questioned and new global challenges continue to emerge.
