Abstract
The high school stage is an important stage for students to choose their future development direction from minors to adults, and it is also the most important period for a person to form a world outlook, outlook on life, and values. Schools need to help students form correct concepts, so that students have a correct understanding of themselves, and then better adapt to high school life, so as to deal with the relationship between interests and careers, and comprehensively improve their career planning ability. Since the implementation of the "Strong Foundation Plan" in 2020, the interests, aspirations, talents, and specialties of high school students have been taken as important content in the assessment and selection, which also means that high school students in the new era should have a higher level of self-awareness and better A clear development plan also promotes educators to make greater breakthroughs in the depth and intensity of career education in high school. This study takes A High School in Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province as the object of investigation, analyzes the current situation and existing problems of career education for high school students in this school, and puts forward implementation countermeasures for A High School in a targeted manner, and provides some effective suggestions for its career education implementation strategies. At the same time, it can also provide some effective references for the implementation of career education in other middle schools.

theoretical basis
This study is based on Parsons's theory of constitutional factors and Schuber's theory of career development. Parsons put forward the theory of constitutional factors in 1909. He believes that individuals have their own unique personality patterns, and individuals with each personality pattern have The type of occupation it is suitable for. He advocates three major elements and steps in choosing a career, which are mainly divided into evaluating the physiological and psychological characteristics of job seekers, analyzing the requirements of various occupations on people, and providing job seekers with relevant occupational information and job matching. (Parsons F, 1909) Schuber proposed a complete career development stage model for doctors. From the perspective of lifelong development, the whole life is divided into five stages: growth, exploration, establishment, maintenance and decline. There are some specific development tasks to be completed, each stage needs to reach a certain development level or achievement level, and whether the development tasks of the previous stage are achieved or not is related to the development of the later stage. realistic guidance.
Research methods
This research adopts the method of questionnaire survey, interview survey and literature analysis to investigate the specific implementation of career education in general higher education and the actual level of students, and to analyze the content and specific implementation of career education in schools. . And it is quantified in the form of a questionnaire, so as to know the level of career development of high school students at this stage. At the same time, in order to better understand the actual heart of the research object, communicate with the research object, and guide the object to answer some questions related to the problem in the process of communication, so as to collect relevant information.
Data collection and analysis
The subjects of the questionnaire survey in this research are some students in the first grade of A High School in Taiyuan City, and the interview subjects are the class teachers of the first grade. A total of 230 questionnaires were distributed and 230 questionnaires were returned, of which 228 were valid questionnaires, with an effective rate of 99.1%. Randomly interviewed 20 students and 10 teachers to have a general understanding of the career education in the first grade.
Research result
Through the research, it is found that firstly, high school A has active team support in carrying out student career work; secondly, the school has fully explored the practice of career education. The school has established a special organization, established a tutor system, added school-based courses, and introduced careers. Guidance system; third, attach importance to home-school cooperation to form the characteristics of student development guidance work, the focus of A high school home-school cooperation work is to make parents a positive support force. Over the years, High School A has attached great importance to the importance of home-school integration. Create a guidance model of parental cooperation and participation, and reasonably guide parents to empower students to develop the identity, supporter, collaborator, participant, and mentor of the guidance work. At the same time, I also reflected on A High School and found some areas that need to be improved. First, the investment in career education resources needs to be expanded; second, teachers' awareness of career education needs to be strengthened; third, students' career planning ability needs to be improved. In response to this, this study puts forward suggestions from two aspects of the school and the government. First, continue to promote the effective development of career experience education; second, introduce experienced teachers for exchange and guidance; third, implement relevant laws and regulations and strengthen the improvement of teaching resources.
Academic Impact
This study is the research content of the current situation of high school career curriculum in A High School in Taiyuan City. Although it cannot fully reflect the current situation of career education implementation in all high schools in Taiyuan City, as a key high school in the city, it can be used for reference. At the same time, it also gives specific suggestions for high schools to guide students in career planning, and promotes the continuous improvement of policy documents related to career courses in my country. It also has certain reference value for the specific implementation of career development education in similar ordinary high schools.
