The presentation by the KIX Africa 21 coordination will describe in detail KIX Africa 21 uptake strategy and the assumptions underpinning it. Uptake of research evidence and innovations into policy and planning has been an elusive endeavor in many contexts and more particularly in French-speaking where many factors combine to make this a complex task. The presenters will share their analysis of how this strategy is changing the management and governance landscape within ministries of education and provide recommendations for the way forward in creating conditions for uptake in resource-limited country contexts.
