Schools2030 supports teachers and school leaders in government schools across ten countries to design and implement contextually-relevant education “micro innovations” to raise holistic learning outcomes and improve the quality of the classroom environment. This presentation will explore how Schools2030 teams, schools and partners have co-designed a set of free, open-source tools and resources for teachers and school leaders on holistic learning assessment, human-centered design and story-telling to ensure teachers can measure what matters, design relevant classroom practices and showcase their work for wider systems impact. It will discuss lessons learned from the co-design process and how Schools2030 is using these tools and the wider design process to nurture a global network of teachers and school leaders.
