SALEX: A new mechanism to support collaboration and learning across networks

Proposal

The School Action Learning Exchange (SALEX) is a nascent community that brings together “school aggregators” – networks and organizations that support schools, school leaders, and teachers by aggregating knowledge, capacity, and promising practices across schools, countries, and regions. Informed by a landscaping (desk review and interviews) of other global networks, it was designed as a mechanism to support learning, evidence generation, and uptake across aggregators and other potential partners. In this presentation, R4D will share key findings from the landscaping exercise, as well as provide a brief overview of SALEX’s upcoming plans for supporting network collaboration and learning to drive better outcomes at the school, classroom, and ultimately learner level.
