Academic insights on national benchmarks and flagship indicators on climate change education

Proposal

This presentation will comment on the shift to national benchmarks in global education monitoring and discuss how academics can utilize country reporting on and on-going analyses of benchmarks to further comparative education research. The presentation will also share experiences and insights into the development of new benchmarks on the greening of schools and the mainstreaming of climate change education, as platforms to improve country commitment to achieving SDG Target 4.7.
