Proposal

The presentation will focus on the contextual factors that could facilitate or impede the adoption of the bottom-up approach to reform. The contexts of two KIX Africa 21 countries (Burkina Faso and Senegal) will be analyzed to better conceptualize the approach within the ongoing policy dialogue in the two countries
