Group Submission Type: Formal Panel Session
This formal panel will describe the recent efforts undertaken by TAP working closely with the Ministry of Education (MOE) and the Ministry of Youth (MOY) in Jordan to adopt an LLD approach to better serve the Ministries and their national goals. This panel will address the different elements of LLD within the context of TAP to showcase the different approaches and methods employed to enable the Ministries to determine their priorities and take on a learning and transformative approach that helped improve their own decision-making processes and outcomes. These elements include adopting a CLA approach to better learn from ongoing and previous efforts, embracing organizational and cultural change to improve the efficiency of its institutions, and communicating effectively across different units and institutions. Presenters will include USAID; the funder, Creative Associates International (Creative); the prime implementer for TAP; and an embedded staff member of the MOE and MOY.
