Description of Session

This online event commences CIES 2024 with welcome remarks from a range of CIES
organizers including CIES 2024 President Elect, CIES President, Office of the Executive
Director, as well as the Dean of the College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences at the
University of Florida. The CIES President Elect and 2024 Conference Convenor will introduce
the conference theme, provide an overview of the program, and suggest ways in which
conference goers can engage with CIES as a Society within the conference, and over the
course of 2024/2025.
