Niraj Kumar Singh
Abstract

The 21st century must transform digital acceptance in every human life of the society, Industries, and personal and professional setting of daily life. Artificial Intelligence-based tools and techniques have opened learning and career opportunities for the young generation globally. However, the rural youth from Bihar, one of India's third populations in poverty, challenge the state of India. Access to digital resources is a significant challenge for the state. According to the census 2011, Bihar as the least literate state of India has only 61.8%literacy, which is the lowest than the national average of 74.04% in India.
India has the largest youth population in the world with around eight million youngsters under the age of 35 years about the total population of 66% of the nation. According to the National Sample Survey (NSS), data show that India has kut only 24.7% digital literacy of individuals in society, because of the lack of awareness and resources available publicly to citizens of the country. The biggest barrier to digital literacy among rural youth from Bihar state is a reason for the lack of infrastructure and accessibility in rural communities of Bihar to struggle for a basic need of food, shelter, electricity, and internet connectivity. In the meantime, Bihar is facing a high level of Poverty Rate of 26.59% and health issues in the state in rural communities. We believe that digital resources are very important for rural youth to empower their future career in positive change to support online platforms, digital resources, and primary education of computer education in rural villages.
After the understanding problem, the Author wants to bridge the gap between the digital rural youth of Bihar to essential empowerment and the socioeconomic development of the state. By investing in infrastructure of education, and inclusive policies, we can provide support to rural youth with the tools they need to succeed in the digital era in the 21st century. Addressing the digital challenge today will introduce new opportunities for rural youth to unlock their potential to contribute to the economy and politics for state development.
