Description of Session

This session will involve participants to explore their emotions and mental states through body movement. We will begin with intention setting, breathing exercise, and gentle movement. Small group or partner work will do mirroring, silent and verbal reflection to heighten awareness, and deepen group connection. I will be taking these group exercises from trauma-informed and restorative practices.
