Proposal

The presentation (15 mins) by Manos Antoninis, Director of the Global Education Monitoring Report, will include a summary of the key findings; it will describe cases of countries that have improved rapidly over the course of the past 15-20 years, the factors that have contributed to this progress, and the lessons that can be drawn to help inform the debate on current and future education access priorities.
