Jobs Essentials Series

The New Scholars Committee invites conference participants to the Jobs Essentials Series, a session designed to support emerging scholars as they navigate an increasingly complex academic and professional job market in comparative and international education. Through conversation with speakers working across different sectors, attendees will gain insight into a range of career pathways available during and after graduate study, including opportunities within academia as well as in research, policy, development, and other professional fields. The session aims to help new scholars better understand the landscape of employment, reflect on their own professional goals, and build strategies for pursuing meaningful work in a changing environment.
