Abstract

We study the effectiveness of knowledge transfer and learning between a firm and its suppliers using firm data. Our research examines the impact of communication, trust, and knowledge type on the speed and effectiveness of problem resolution. These measures are examined to better understand the best practices for supplier problem resolution.
