Metaverse in Supply Chain Resilience: An Empirical Study

Abstract

In metaverse, a virtual world interacts with the physical world and provides an immersive experience in supply chain management. Metaverse includes augmented reality, virtual world, lifelogging, and the mirror world. Supply chain management can take advantage of this emerging technology to improve overall performance. This study presents a research model to explain how metaverse impact cyber resilience, benefiting suppliers and buyers. The results explain the role of metaverse in supply chain management.
