Sun, November 19, 10:00 to 11:30am, Atlanta Marriott Marquis, Floor: Atrium Level, A702

Abstract

This paper investigates the impact of information interaction on value co-creation during the commercialization of technological innovations. By examining the relationship between information interaction, user participation, and value co-creation, the study constructs a model to understand how information interaction influences value co-creation in the context of technological innovation commercialization. Through information integration and interaction behavior, enterprises establish an information network that enhances the user experience, leading to value co-creation, contextual upgrading, and value appreciation. The paper proposes a theoretical framework for analyzing the impact of information interaction on value co-creation in the commercialization of technological innovation.
