Systems Thinking and Supply Chain Management

Abstract

This study identifies the systems thinking skills (STS) maturity level among logistics and supply chain professionals. Data is collected, from logistics and supply chain students, using a Java-based game that measures the level of their STS. ANOVA on the data allows presentation of relevant insights about what relates to STS.
