Effects of Public Policy at Differing Supply Chain Levels

Abstract

Through a difference-in-difference approach by county, this research assesses the effects of allocating $980.94 million from settlements over the opioid crisis to different levels in the supply chain. It adds to the public policy and SCM literature with real world implications as the results are presented to and funded by the West Virginia First Foundation.
