P085 - (Re)Integration Model for Released Prisoners

Abstract

On the basis of the results of the „Penological research on the preparation of convicts for release“ the authors propose a new model of (re)ingegration of convicts for release, building on the current knowledge of criminology. They pay attention to both the person of the released prisoner and the society into which he is to be (re)integrated, and view the process of (re)integration from both perspectives. It covers all the areas that are currently considered as significant points of desistance, working with the determinants resulting from the personality of the released and the structural factors of integration.
