While domestic violence research increasingly incorporates intersectional vulnerabilities, little attention has been given to how migration, aging, and gender intersect in shaping experiences of abuse and access to justice. This study, the first of its kind in Norway, examines these issues through a mixed-methods approach, including a scoping review, qualitative interviews with service providers, focus groups with older immigrant women, and a nationwide survey of crisis centers. Additionally, in-depth interviews and participant observation were conducted with two older survivors, including one woman’s pursuit of justice through the criminal justice system. This presentation contributes to criminological debates on GBV and migration, highlighting policy gaps, structural exclusions, and the need for age- and immigration-sensitive interventions to ensure equal access to justice and protection for all victims.
