Abstract

The paper analyzes those interferences of criminal law with the ecclesiastical doctrine of right and wrong. What if there is a mismatch or even contradiction between some of these components? Why is the crime rate not decreasing? Why are we still unable to succeed despite the resources concentrated? Is there an answer in the ecclesiastical doctrine?
