Abstract

In this paper we observe the role of internal communication tools in context of structural changes and crisis. We focused our research on large corporations facing similar major changes in their organization structures, EDF and GDF Suez. Analyzing new and old forms of internal communication tool, we showed that succesfully used they can help to manage a changing environment as well as transform collaborators into ambassadors.
