Detailed Abstract

Introduction
Humanity is undergoing a make-over with the igniting of new DNA-potential. This introduces a new dispensation and demands a new mindset, universal connections, quantum thinking and an authentic, quality living-paradigm that benefits all.

2. Aim of research project
The aim was to find answers to the following questions.
Question 1: Why are current leadership theories and practices not meeting the needs of a world in turmoil?
‘Leadership’ encompasses many disciplines, including multiple perspectives, that lead to confusion and turmoil. Leadership-development is also a multi-billion-dollar business. Academic training-institutes and/or consultancy-agencies find it difficult to change while many feel obliged to maintain their philosophy, mindset, curriculum and cash-flow.

Paradigm blindness, power-games, fear, ignorance, resistance-to-change and/or ego-investments stand in the way of progress.

Question 2: What will the future look like?
• Evolving humanity
The human species is evolving while new human potential on a DNA level is emerging. New authentic leaders with a more complex neuro-physiology and activated/healed DNA, will now come forward to show the way as new map-makers.
• The unfolding of 'Homo sapiens spiritualis'
A shift in human consciousness as changing from basic, ego-driven, self-centered, self-serving and materialistic to a universal consciousness with the focus on authenticity and quality living. This gives rise to the 'Real-Me-Revolution'
• Real-Me-Revolution
This new mindfulness concerning success, quality living, honesty, truth, integrity and authenticity is escalating as the Real-Me-Revolution forges forward. A new foundation is being created
• Other change-factors include
- Technology including Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Architecture and ‘going green’
- Energy resources
- Transport
- New social communities
- Education and emerging new intelligence

Question 3: What will the new leadership paradigm look like?
All leaders have one main common denominator – namely the concept of ‘success’. Success is relative and can mean anything as values differ. This needs to be changed to a new authentic, fundamental definition of ‘success’ relevant to everyone.
• What is success?
Current definition of ‘success' is: ‘Obtaining worthwhile goals’. The current leadership paradigm hinges on the assumption that ‘success’ is directly linked to the goal of acquiring authority, power, positions and possessions.
However, the authentic meaning of ‘success’ – from the Latin word, 'succĕdere' – means to “follow in a specific order or process”. Success is flow – dynamic action—the process of life. This potential is encoded in DNA.
• What is failure?
‘Failure’ is defined as ‘the inability to function authentically’. As opposite to failure - the authentic meaning of success is; ‘the conscious ability to function authentically.’ The outcome is happiness.
• The ‘abscess’
‘Abscess’ is also derived from ‘succĕdere’ and is a medical term for a ‘disease’. It refers to the absence or blockage of the flow – of the ‘success process’. Any blockages of authentic self-expression and quality living bring dis-ease. Lives are dysfunctional manifesting as poverty, conflict/ terror/turmoil and disintegration.

The new leadership paradigm is built on a foundation of authentic living, honesty, truth, integrity and quality living that benefits all.

Question 4: Who are authentic leaders and what does authentic leadership look like?
Authentic leaders are those who are becoming conscious of their authenticity and inherent power encoded as unique DNA-potential. They understand the process of Epigenetics, DNA-healing and the power of quantum thinking. They have healed their egos, are open to new learning and growth while transforming lower order thinking, raising the bar and helping others to do the same.

Authentic leaders make their mark while others follow by connecting the dots.

Question 5: What role does neuro-physiology, intelligence and DNA-activation play?
Currently new neuro-circuits are being formed especially within the frontal-lobe area. The Human Genome Project reveales that chromosomes are now ‘awakening’ and releasing new DNA-potential. This power needs to be harnessed, mastered and mindfully managed. For this we need a new intelligence as Power Intelligence – the conscious ability to master power/potential (energy-on-hold).

Question 6: Why has this new mindset eluded us this far?
Many individuals and/or traditional leaders are blinded in their perceptions, bias by investments in their own paradigms and/or have a mental block where the new mindset is concerned. Only the brave and fearless will be able to overcome their personal/collective barriers, fears and paradigm-blindness.

It is also now time.

Question 7: What is the next level of leadership education and training?
We can consciously activate our neuro-physiology and reconnect DNA-potential. This necessitates higher-order/quantum thinking, learning and Quaternary Education. Quantum learning is the conscious ability to gain access to and utilize information on a quantum level.

The need for ‘quantum’ coaches and teachers’ to impart these skills, tools and methods to their ‘quantum students’ is growing. Quaternary Education is the next challenge and will include developing authentic leaders, coaches and mentors.

Question 8: How do we identify, select, develop and/or train our new authentic leaders?
A process of natural selection is part of nature. This can be accelerated by new assessment methods and training content as found in the New Leadership DNA Program.

The new generation will grow from primary(first), to secondary (second), to tertiary (third), to quaternary (fourth) levels of teaching and learning. This demands a new approach to education and a new kind of quality teacher, coach, mentor and leader.

Question 9: How do we empower current leaders?
Teachers, coaches and mentors proficient in quaternary education are coming to the fore. They are being empowered by New Leadership DNA Training that meet the demands of a new dispensation. Quantum Education will include learning about the authentic self, DNA-activation, self-mastery that also include quantum learning.

Question 10: How do we prepare our current leaders a and educate our youth?
Current leaders can evolve into quantum thinkers while developing individuals, companies, organizations, social-structures, governments – even countries into a new dispensation.
