Detailed Abstract

In 2016, our institution sent a study abroad program to Mongolia to research Mongolian women leaders. This trip inspired additional curiosities around the persistence of a culture that has existed for centuries. To understand resilience and thriving of the Mongolian people, I researched the history of leadership in Mongolia.
