Purpose: This research investigates the intricate interplay of social entrepreneurship, management, leadership, and governance within Saudi Arabia's evolving Third Sector, employing Arweqah Company as a comprehensive case study. The purpose is to offer valuable insights into the organizational dynamics and strategies that drive successful social enterprises in the unique socio-economic landscape of Saudi Arabia.
Methodology/Approach: The study employs a qualitative case study methodology, leveraging extensive interviews, document analysis, and on-site observations to gain a nuanced understanding of Arweqah Company's practices the investigation delves into the historical evolution of the Third Sector in Saudi Arabia, critically assessing the influence of the 2030 Vision and the National Transformation Program.
