This study examines how generative AI (GAI) supports tutors in structured literacy interventions. Grounded in TPACK and social cognitive theory, it explores how tutors integrate GAI with pedagogy through guided collaboration. A qualitative case study analyzed recorded planning sessions, GAI screen captures, and interviews over nine weeks. GAI streamlined planning but required pedagogical refinement, highlighting the importance of structured collaboration. Findings suggest GAI enhances literacy interventions when embedded in a supportive, reflective environment.
