This multiple case study examines how two bilingual teachers leverage translanguaging pedagogies to challenge linguistic inequities in their classrooms. Through classroom observations, interviews, and reflections, findings reveal that both teachers actively navigated internal and contextual tensions in their enactment of translanguaging pedagogy. Cross-case analyses highlight how educators can push back on linguistic inequities and promote bilingualism, offering insights into disrupting monolingual language ideologies in educational environments.
