By engaging with conversational AI to navigate ethical dilemmas, participants explore educator accountability and decision-making. Findings highlight AI simulations' role in enhancing critical literacy, reflective discourse, and ethical reasoning. This research contributes to AI-integrated professional development, emphasizing its potential to foster meaningful dialogue and bridge educational and community divides.
