Living in an e-permeated society, “digital literacy” becomes a key factor in enabling participation in education and employment. Fostering students’ digital literacy (DL) is increasingly important as it significantly influences students' academic performance and career readiness (Khan et al., 2022). This systematic literature review discusses the relationship between students’ levels of DL, academic performance, and career readiness, identifying populations included in the studies, and methods used to measure DL.
