Session Submission Type: Study Group
AI applications in education, particularly in writing, offer potential to enhance learning but also pose challenges. This study group aims to critically examine AI tools in writing, focusing on critical-thinking processes. Over three days, experts will lead discussions on identifying AI-generated text, strengthening AI literacy through media literacy, and an AI-Human Interactive Revision model for writing. The sessions seek to evaluate AI’s role in learning and improve content creation and evaluation through informed, critical engagement.
