Voters’ Moral Emotions in Response to Politicians’ Moral Violations

Brief Overview

We extend the study of voters' moral emotional responses to immoral behaviour by politicians by situating it within both moral emotions and voters’ own moral foundations. We conduct a 5x3 between-subjects experiment with 1900 U.S. respondents.
