Aid for Convenience? An Analysis on China’s Aid and Different Aspects of Democracy

Brief Overview

This paper examines how China’ aid affects recipient democracy in different aspects. Because of the strategy of China’s foreign policy, we propose that aid from China does more damage on the legislative system, rather than on the societal freedom.
