Challenges with Classifying Morality Policy by Rhetorical Analysis

Brief Overview

In a content analysis of public referenda Voter Guides, we find that even ostensibly instrumental arguments can implicitly hold moral content. We conclude that rhetorical analysis may not be a solution to the problem of classifying morality policy.
