Latinas in Congress and the Racial-Gendered Context of Their Bill Co-Sponsorship

Brief Overview

What does a member of Congress do if they are members of both a racially and gendered marginalized group? I suggest that Latina congresswomen are more likely to co-sponsor bills that enhance the interests of Latino constituents than those of women.
