Repressing Housing Price? Evaluation of Collectivization School-running Policy with DID Model

Brief Overview

This paper uses DID model to study Collectivization School-running policy’s impact on housing prices in both policy-influenced elite and weak school districts. The results show that the policy fails to solve the problem of high housing prices.
