All Aboard the #TrumpTrain? How U.S. Congressional Candidates Discussed Trump on Twitter in 2016 & 2018

Brief Overview

Using a dataset of tweets sent in the last two months of the 2016 & 2018 elections, we test whether Republicans who were not supportive of Trump's presidency “changed their tune” after his election and tweeted positively about him in 2018.
