Integrity and Gravity: Extended Metaphors in Dworkin‘s Theory

Brief Overview

This paper argues that Dworkin's famous chain novel metaphor is inapposite to describe law as integrity. I offer a gravity metaphor which fits the principles of integrity better than the chain novel.
