Brief Overview

I propose a symbiotic institutionalization to conceptualize the coexistence of Weberian pattern, NPM, and post-NPM mechanisms in China’s bureaucratic reform after analyzing 200+ regulatory rules and HRM data of the party-state in 1979-2019.
