Optimally Targeting Interventions in Networks during a Pandemic

Brief Overview

We find the optimal lockdown and reopening policy during a pandemic for a social planner who prioritizes health over wealth. Agents are connected through a fuzzy network. Using simulations, we apply the theoretical findings to several outcomes.
