Testing the “Diversity Bonus” on Supreme Court Decisions

Brief Overview

When women preside over Norwegian Supreme Court panels, the time to a decision is generally longer. In this study a fuller continuous multivariate diversity measure is hypothesized to be linked to speedier decisions, reflecting a diversity bonus.
