Learning During the 2020 U.S. Presidential Election: More Information Does Not Mean Better Voting Decisions

Brief Overview

Using an original panel survey from the 2020 US election, we find that voters learned about the candidates' policy stances but that this information did not lead them to change their candidate preferences. Thus, information did not help voters.
