How Right-Wing Governments Undermined the Istanbul Convention against Violence against Women

Brief Overview

We argue that there has been a diffusion of rhetoric and strategy against the Istanbul convention among the right wing governments in Europe.Domestically,we find evidence for right wing nongovermental groups' lobbying efforts against the convention.
